Beautiful Wedding Inspiration for the Mountain Bride

The new year is already flying by and we are finally getting back to sharing gorgeous weddings, ideas, and tips with you and we have the most beautiful wedding to kick-off March with.

I am absolutely in love with today's modern, minimalist Calgary wedding; the design and aesthetic of this wedding has me completely captivated! I personally love the simple, modern details and equally simple colour palette of black and white that makes this wedding so unique. Great love, simple (but brilliant) design, amazing food, and wonderful people - it's the perfect combination for a wedding and you get to see it first-hand today through the eyes of Canmore wedding photographer Kingdom Come Photography today.

Kingdom Come Photography (based in Canmore...but always traveling) has a unique perspective and aesthetic in his wedding photography and it paired beautifully with the minimalism and design of this wedding. His portraits are beautiful and powerfully emotional, but always very simple and clean. His play with light and darkness is magnificent and I know you are going to love this wedding.

Hanna echoed the minimalist style with her gorgeous white wedding gown from The Bridal Boutique and modern foliage bouquet from Hen & Chicks. As you admire her gorgeous style, don't miss the perfect first look between the two of them.

Tim and Hanna were married at The Commons in Calgary, an incredible venue filled with sleek concrete floors, exposed brick, and layers upon layers of charm and character. They held the wedding in the beautiful Hemingway Room with its undeniable charm, beautiful windows, and perfect industrial feel. The bride and groom designed the wedding themselves, creating and executing all of the decor and style perfectly. From finding the perfect venue to creating simple ceremony backgrounds, these two have a knack for incredible design and perfect minimalism.

On top of the gorgeous design, the couple brought in Saigon Pho to cater the wedding and serve unique and delicious food to their guests and finished it off with a dessert bar covered in homemade goodies, Crave cupcakes, and Ollia macarons.

A huge thank you to Canmore wedding photographer, Kingdom Come Photography for sharing this gorgeous wedding with us today!
