Julia and Gerald had an amazing idea for their Banff engagement session, they wanted to create an elegant, vintage inspired setting right in the middle of the mountains. They decided on the beautiful Bow Falls in Banff as their location, taking advantage of the low water in Spring (I know it sounds backwards but the water levels are usually low in early Spring) and worked with experts Something New Weddings and Kim Payant Photography to pull everything together perfectly.
Danielle at Something New Weddings is an expert wedding planner based in the mountains, she used her expertise to help Julia create the vintage setting she was dreaming about. She also helped find the incredible sofa at Great Event Rentals in Calgary and brought along her own rentals and chandeliers to finish off the look. Local Banff wedding photographer extraordinaire, Kim Payant photography captured all of the photos and beauty perfectly. The results are an amazing mix of vintage beauty in the wilderness and we absolutely love it!
