Beautiful Wedding Inspiration for the Mountain Bride

Fall is around the corner and we couldn't help but revisit this gorgeous fall wedding, one of our very favourites, again today.

I don't think one can ever get tired of the mountains - winter, fall, spring or summer they never fail to impress and neither does the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This hotel is known as the castle in the rockies for good reason, its grandness and beauty cannot be rivaled and every nook is filled with elegance and ornate details. For Anna and Mike this was the perfect location for their gorgeous, fairytale mountain wedding captured by Eternal Reflections Photography

The couple started the day at the Banff Springs hotel where they got ready in style and sent each other touching notes to start the day and show how madly in love they are.

After getting ready, the couple headed down into Banff for a beautiful and traditional catholic wedding ceremony at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Banff. The church is equally as beautiful and grand as the hotel, and it was even designed by the residentail architectural engineer of the Banff Springs Hotel before he became a priest.

Fall was in the air and you could feel the crisp mountain air with every breath, the leaves were changing into beautiful shades of yellow and red; it was abslutely perfect for glorious mountain portraits and an excuse to wear a luxurious fur stole.

Wedding receptions at the Fairmont Banff Springs are always beautiful and luxurious! Birds and Honey helped plan all the beautiful details perfectly and made sure every detail of their reception was gorgeous and elegant.

We hope you're excited for the upcoming beauty of fall in the mountains, check out our website for more Banff wedding inspiration and Banff wedding vendors.
