Rayna and Brad came to Mountain Bride looking to plan a wedding that was modern but filled with rustic touches. The couple decided on the luxurious Azuridge Hotel as their venue; its rock walls, cobble stone paths and modern architecture was the perfect match for their Calgary wedding dreams. They instantly fell in love with the modern look and feel of Azuridge and the surrounding birch groves and the incredible mountain views provided the rustic and natural feeling they were looking for. Rayna and Brad decided on a colour palette of midnight blue and white and worked with Mountain Bride to create the design, details and decor that made their wedding stunning.

Although there was some snow on the ground, the sky was bright and sunny and Rayna and Brad were able to hold a beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by the natural beauty of the trees and the love of their family and friends. It was a beautiful moment that they will always remember.
"With a color palette of midnight blue and white. Linens were the ideal way to bring in this rich midnight blue." commented Mountain Bride on the gorgeous decor. The beautiful blue linens were supplied by Celebration Creation Rentals and all of the other rental items were supplied by Special Event Rentals. The rustic boards that created the perfect table runners were cut by the bride's father from old barn boards and added a special touch to reception.
The bride decided on a luxurious all white bouquet filled with texture and classic beauty. Flower Artistry created the beautiful bouquet and all of the table arrangements. The richness of the midnight blue was offset by the romantic and classic white for a truly luxurious and stunning combination. Flower Artistry combined white vitality garden roses, ranunculus, dahlias, hydrangae, white stock, seeded Eucalyptus, stock, dusty miller, a touch of blue delphiniums and thistle for texture and beauty that was absolutely stunning and combined the modern and rustic look the bride was looking for.
