Emerald Lake is a hidden gem in Field, BC that will take your breath away no matter what season you find yourself visiting. The beautiful lodge is surrounded by emerald waters and towering peaks in an intimate setting that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. A wedding at Emerald Lake is something you can never forget and a winter wedding adds a magical touch to an already incredible place.
The bride wore an incredible mermaid gown designed by Lazaro. Gorgeous lace appliqu�s adorned the fitted bodice while incredible layers of tulle spread out below the knees creating a beautiful silhouette and breathtaking gown. The wedding ceremony was held inside the lodge to keep everyone warm and toasty but it still provided incredible views and beauty.
Everyone was willing to brave the cold weather for photographs and the snowy mountain peaks and the frozen lake created a postcard-worthy background. Kingdom Come Photography worked his magic even in such cold temperatures and captured incredible portraits and moments in the incredible winter wonderland.
The bride's beautiful bouquet created by Flowers by Janie complimented the deep green of the Scottish attire and was accented with rich marsala and touches of light peach along with wintery greens and pinecones to create a bouquet perfect for the season.
